The Detox Topic: Where does it fit into my life?

Cleansing, detoxing, fasting.  They are all words use to define when we are ridding our bodies of unwanted and unneeded toxins.  Clarifying our body to works naturally again.  We clean our homes, our yards, our cars, our offices, but why don’t we think it’s necessary to cleanse our insides?  Seriously.

Do you honestly think going to the bathroom once a day is enough for the amount of food you eat? And do you think that your body rids itself of all the chemical toxins in the foods you eat as well as what we subject ourselves to on a daily basis with water and air pollution plus pharmaceuticals, over the counter drugs, smoking and alcoholic intake? Did you ever think the reason why our bodies have health issues such as high cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, gout, IBS, GERD, kidney stones, gall bladder issues, appendicitis could be related to our body’s inability to process what we are putting into it?

And isn’t it nice to know there are ways to get our body functioning naturally again and that it doesn’t have to stay in a state of “dis-ease”?  I know you don’t like hearing eat less fast food, eat more around the perimeter of the store, eat more fruits and veggies, reduce your intake of sugar, refined foods, etc.  Well there is the reason behind it that our bodies do not know how to process these things therefore they are being put under a very large amount of pressure.  by going back to the basics, our bodies are under less stress to figure out what to do with the food(I use that term loosely) we put into it and actually use it.

That is where cleansing comes into play.  We have years of toxins covering our metabolic receptors throughout our body.  How do we get rid of them?  Do a water fast, don’t eat at all, juice cleanse, 30 day Master Cleanse, raw food detox.  You name it, there is a way to do it.  My suggestion is this:  from all the ways there are to detox, you need a supported cleanse that will not only loosen up the toxins in your system , but also keep your lymph system and detoxifying organs flowing to get everything out.  So while a water fast will go ahead and ‘flush out’ the solids sitting in your system, it is not going to flush out the toxins, unless you are doing a medically supervised prolonged cleanse, but even then…..?  A raw food cleanse or juice cleanse will loosen and flush out toxins, but again, be sure to know what foods are best for each organ system.  I have done the Master Cleanse, and it does work.  Incredible results, however you do have to go into it knowing that you are not eating for 10 to 40 days and then you need to restart your digestive tract or face the consequences.  I didn’t want to start eating again I felt so good.  There are 30 day professional holistic  and OTC cleanses that come with eating protocols to support what you are doing and inhibit fungus, parasites and mold form coming back.  They work great too.  There is even a gentle daily detox called Pure Body which is a zeolite called clinoptilolite that you take 4 drops 3 times a day that rids your body of heavy metals and chemical toxins without modifying anything.  Add some SuperGreens +D and you have a total body cleanse that draws the other toxins up and out of your body including excess insulin (can you say better sugar numbers?).

The purpose of a detox is to get your body in a healthier state.  Whether you have a life threatening condition, digestive disorder, allergies, sugar or cholesterol issues, thyroid, weight gain (or loss), cleansing off those metabolic receptors will do wonders for your body.  Clear skin, less wrinkles, aches and pains gone, no more PMS, IBS or bloating.  Aren’t you worth it?  Do you have to commit to 30 days?  Does it have to be seasonal?  Do I have to change what I am eating?  No to all three.  Does your body appreciate you more by doing these things?  YES,  I recommend doing seasonal for for the first year simply because we have such a toxic load.  Then twice a year.  The Pure Body and Super Greens +D is an easy way to give you the motivation to get started once you see the difference in your body.
